New and interesting are the new fabrics made from polyesters/polypropylenes, which are biodegradable.
In our test we use an ecological and biological area with suboptimal conditions. But here, too, we have the first fiber breaks and fiber rot after 100 days. The summer of 2022 was too dry for the degradation process itself, but we classify it as successful if we were able to find fungi and spores on the underside of the jacket.
